Privacy
What the scan sees, and what we keep.
The free scan fetches one thing: the public product page at the URL you paste. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
The scan
When you submit a URL, our server fetches that public page once, scores it, and returns the result to your browser. The page content is analyzed in memory and discarded. We log the scanned domain and the score (never the full page, and never anything behind a login) to count usage and spot abuse.
The downloadable report
The report is generated locally in your browser from your scan result and downloaded straight to your device. We never see it.
The Watchdog (page monitoring)
Watching a page is the one feature that stores anything, because it has to remember what your page looked like last week. When you confirm a watch (double opt-in; nothing is stored as active until you click the link we email you), we keep: your email address, the watched URL, the optional competitor URL, and the lever scores from the latest scan. That’s the whole record. Unsubscribing (one click, in every email) deletes it immediately, alert emails go through our mail provider (AgentMail), and we never use the address for anything except the alerts you asked for.
If you click a “get early access” or “have us run it by hand” link, your email app opens a draft to team@getvektr.com. You choose what to send.
Usage analytics
The tool sends anonymous funnel events to our own server (for example: a scan ran, a fix was copied, a report was downloaded), carrying at most the scanned domain and the score. No names, no emails, no cookies, no third-party trackers, and nothing that identifies you personally. They exist so we can see which parts of the tool earn their keep.
Payments
No card is collected on this site. During early access paid features are free and start with a short email; when checkout opens it will be handled by a dedicated payment processor.
